Old-Time Radio Events include two recreations on stage. One is a "lost" episode of LIGHTS OUT from 1937 entitled "Pyramid" and the other is a recreation of "The Doll" from 1956 Suspense.

Patty McCormack, who made her radio debut on SUSPENSE, will be recreating the role she did in 1956.

Movies in the movie room includes:
Hullabaloo (1940) a spoof of the War of the Worlds panic broadcast.
The 1952 Television City special with Jack Benny, Amos n' Andy, Burns and Allen, Rochester and Our Miss Brooks Eve Arden.
The 1957 USO Christmas Tour with Jack Benny, Bob Hope, Milton Berle, Danny Kaye and Bob Hope.
Television bloopers features Orson Welles recreating a radio drama.
The Gift of Gab (1934) supposedly a "lost" film with Boris Karloff and Bela Lugosi, it features Phil Baker in the lead as a radio announcer.
TV episodes of The Cavalcade of America, Ozzie and Harriet and Studio One

Events include:
History of Sgt. Preston by WXYZ expert Terry Salomonson
Edward R. Murrow on radio and television
Voice Actors: Paul Frees and Mel Blanc
The Delicious Joys of Baseball on old-time radio
War of the Worlds Panic Broadcast: a 70th Anniversary Salute
The MP3 Format: How it Works

Lots of fun, I recommend you check it out, even if it's just for a single day. Check out the web-site for more info as this is just a slice of what is going on there. Neal Ellis will also be broadcasting from "Sounds Like Yesterday" on the YESTERDAY USA network.
