Registration now required for posting privileges
Until recently, this was an "open" BBS. Unregistered guests could both read and post messages. Unfortunately, the privilege was abused by some.
In response, I increased the security system for The OTR Bulletin Boards. New members must now register, with a valid email address, before posting. Guests can still read the posts without registration.
