Adventures of The Thin Man: One of the few detective stories to feature a husband and wife team. "Nick and Nora Charles" got each other into and out of many interesting situations. The show, originally a movie hit, remained on the radio between 1941 and 1950. (This 1:40 Thinman clip is from the July 6, 1948 show). First heard on NBC Red, it moved to CBS for several years, and then visited NBC, Mutual and ABC before being discontinued in 1950. Although the title seems to refer to Nick Charles, most cases in this lighthearted series were solved by Nora!
