Well, I've been so busy welcoming other enthusiasts, that I didn't take the time to introduce myself. My name is David,
and I was born in 1953, when TV was really rolling. I don't recall ever listening to Golden Age radio as a child. I guess if mom
and dad hadn't had the 26" Philco b&w TV, I would have listened to radio shows. There were still some shows going in the 50's but not a lot. Anyway, I started to listen to radio drama after I graduated hgh school in '71 (CBS Radio Mystery Theatre),
but I didn't start collecting till the early 90's. I have over 8000 episodes and the variety and quality never cease to impress me. It's great to be here.
If you wish, you can introduce yourself here; or welcome new members with a quick note.
