Help - a play with black ooze that turns people inside out?

Postby Phyllis » Wed Jun 19, 2013 11:57 am

(I posted this before in 'announcements' - wrong section, sorry!)

I remember when I was a kid listening to a radio play, I think, about a black ooze that turned people inside out. I think it featured the voice of Bea Benederet. I heard it in the 60's, but it could have been made any time earlier. I just remember it had great sound effects. Can anyone help me think of the program this was on and the title of the play? Thanks so much!

It was on the record album "Drop Dead" by Arch Oboler -- the guy responsible for Lights Out. The episode was called "The Dark".
