"Archie, Archie!!" That's the booming call of the great Nero Wolfe. Nero Wolfe my favorite detective reading and they make great radio shows too. Particularly when those radio shows come from the original Rex Stout Nero Wolfe stories.
Well, I've got good news, I am now featuring the great radio versions of Nero's adventures. Not the Sidney Greenstreets (for now) but the Canadian adaptations made in the early '80's. The best news is they actually follow the original stories. Normally on my podcast "Sounds Like Radio" I feature really great music & an episode of The Great Gildersleeve on every weekly posted show. But I will now also feature Nero Wolfe radio shows as special additions from my Vast Library of Sound every so often. If you've never read or heard Nero Wolfe before you're in for a treat. I'm the Humble Host of Sounds Like Radio and here's where Nero & a whole lot of other Sounds Like Radio features are, enjoy :
