Not sure if this is what you are looing for but Here are some Pirate-theme episodes.

LUX RADIO THEATER.
"Captain Blood" 2-22-1937
Errol Flynn, Oliva DeHavilland, and Basil Rathbone recreate their screen roles.
"The Buccaneer" 11-13-1938.
Clark Gable plays Jean Laffite.

CAVALCADE OF AMERICA.
"Jean Laffite" 2-06-1940.

RAILROAD HOUR with Gordon MacRae.
"The Pirate of New Orleans" 7-28-1952.

SCREEN GUILD THEATER.
"Princess and the Pirate" 3-26-1945.
Virginia Mayo and Bob Hope recreate their screen roles.
I like the movie but their is too much ad-libbing by Hope in the radio broadcast.

BURNS AND ALLEN.
"Santa and the Pirates" 12-22-1942

SUSPENSE.
"The Cave" 12-20-1955.
Excellent Christmas episode about a boy lost in a cave who finds a gang
of pirates.

Afloat with Henry Morgan

Afloat with Henry Morgan
A BBC serial from 1932. It's been a few years since I heard it, so my memory isn't quite clear. The real Henry Morgan WAS a pirate, but this show portrays him quite favorably.
As with many serials, I find the quality of writing and acting to be so-so. But once I start listening to these things, I get hooked and stay through to the end.
