Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. I remember a very good OTR plot I heard once but cannot remember what show it came from or what the title is. It is from the melodrama/mystery/horror arena. The plot goes like this:
A woman goes to the police asking for the homicide detective, saying her husband is planning to murder her. He blows her off, but changes his mind after she leaves. However, the second she returns home her husband pushes her out the window and kills her. The policeman then plays a game with the husband by having people call him up and pretend they just ran into his wife hoping to make him paranoid that he didn't kill her and to confess to the crime. Anyone recognize this? I've been looking for it in my collection for over a week and I'm lost |

I wish I could be more specific but I seem to remember that plot from a Suspense show that was directed by Eliot Lewis. I think it starred perhaps Peter Lorre or Vincent Price.
I know it isn't much help...But I someone out there knows the show so it doesn't keep you in Suspense for too long. |
