After trying grasp the concept of MS Access for cataloging OTR shows, I have decided I need some training to accomplish this. However, it occurred to me to ask here -- does anyone know the whereabouts on the net of anyone who may have already created an Access database for this purpose?

You might be able to download the database examples (.dbf files) from http://www.old-time.com/otrlogs2/dbaselog.html, and import them to Access.
Alternately, you could use the information on the following page to create your logs in an Excel-type spreadsheet, then import the result to Access.
(Starting with a spreadsheet is a bit more intuitive / easier than starting with Access) Once you have imported the data to Access, you can use the existing template or structure to add more material.
