This may not qualify as OTR, but I figure somebody will tell me anyway! Who was the narrator on the "You Are There" show that always began with "All things are as they were then, except You Are There"?

There was no sole narrator to open the show. It varied among Don Hollenbeck, John Daly, Richard C. Hottelett and other announcers on the CBS staff. Most listeners remember only Daly since he had a distinctive voice on this, and other, shows.

As I recall, the show was called "CBS Was There" before it was called "You Are There." Right? I think I remember a dramatization of the Lincoln assassination when it had the former name.
