| For years I have been trying to identify a program I listened to avidly in the 1950s. I do not remember the name, but I do distinctly remember the theme: A rich lady finds people to whom to give, I believe, one million dollars, on one condition: At a designated time of day, every day, the recipient must say, "Thank you Stutia," wherever he or she is. (I'm not sure of the spelling of Stutia.) This led to many hilarious situations, and the disqualification of some recipients. Bu |
