| hello, i am a disc jockey in franklin,tn. about to start an otr program on my radio station, can anyone advise on public domain shows. correct me if i'm worng, but it is okay to broadcast these shows, right? anyone who can offer help on this matter, it would be greatly appreciated. thank you so much |

| You can check with OTRcat.com most shows it is O.K. there may be some doubt with Hopalong Cassidy Show but i cannot see why. |

Quite a few series are in public domain, but be careful of many of the more popular one's. Lone Ranger, Tales of the Texas Rangers, Green Hornet and others are protected. Some also such as The Shadow are protected for the character name use rather than the episodes themselves.
