I'm looking for info about a GREEN LANTERN radio pilot that was done in the 1940's. I've heard it said that comic book historian Jerry Bails has either oa script or transcription disc of this proposed series. Anybody know some info, or how to contact Dr. Bails?

SORRY for the buggy ride!
Turns out this Green Lantern "audition" was really a recording from 'The Official Adventures of Aquaman, The Flash, and The Green Lantern' kid's record from 1967. For some reason, writer/actor Ronald Liss did the Golden Age Green Lantern's (Alan Scott)origin story instead of the then current character's (Hal Jordan).
The veteran OTR actors on the recording fooled a number of people into thinking it was a "lost" radio show. Shadow expert Anthony Tollin was able to verify this for me.
We were both disappointed that it didn't turn out to be true.

Too bad. It could have been neat.

I have enjoyed reading the Golden Age
