OTR listeners in the Toronto area will be glad to hear that the
number of hours of OTR on the air has increased. First of all, the "Theatre of the Mind" series (formerly on CHUM-FM) can now be heard every Sunday night from 10:00PM to 11:00PM EST on Toronto station CHUM (AM-1050), which can be heard in most of southern Ontario. This program is presenting Victor Ives' Golden Age of Radio Theatre. CHUM-AM can also be heard online at www.1050chum.com Hamilton station CHML (AM-900) is featuring "Those Old Radio Shows" for 3 hours Monday to Saturday nights (10:05PM-1:00AM EST) and for 4 hours on Sunday nights from 9:05 PM to 1:00 AM EST. Unfortunately, reception of CHML in Toronto at night is variable as its signal is weak in many parts of the city. However, CHML also broadcasts online live at www.900chml.com |
