It occurred to me that folks may have older computers lying around as the need for newer/faster models increases. My idea is to use a computer in a spare room/closet to play shows throughout your home. Have a couple of old radios in a few rooms wired to the computer and have the computer on 24/7 playing the shows constantly. Now when you want to turn the TV off and go back to the good old days just turn on the radio and there will always be something on. Use a "juke box" type computer program to randomly play the shows. Sometimes it is hard to make a choice on what to listen to -- now the computer can make it for you!
Another idea is for folks with 20,000 shows -- is have the computer only play shows on their original broadcast days (Inner Sanctums heard on only Tuesdays, Jack Benny on Sunday, etc.). I hope I've given someone an idea. Gerry Brebner
