Why can't I get US based traders to sell to me because I live in the UK. Some will, but most won't. Now my sources of OTR over here in the UK are extremely limited. It took me twenty years to collect a miserly 200 programmes. I thought I'd made a break through when one guy was prepared to sell me MP3 copies, but I've exhausted his catalogue of recordings of interest to me. Then I found another dealer Gary Mercer who seemed friendly enough until he refused to sell to me because I live outside the USA. I also got the thumbs down from a number of other dealers not only those dealing in MP3. Are you Americans so parochial that you will only sell within your own country? I find it hard to believe. Hungry OTR fan.

Good question. I have no idea. I presume they are prepared to charge you for the overseas cost? I don't trade or sell much so you won't be able to get anything from me.

I don't think we are particularly parochial. Seems it would be just as easy to put the extra postage for a trip to the UK versus the next state.
