| BBC adapted a number of PG Woodhouse Bertie and Jeeves books in play format, with Richard Briers and Michael Hordern. They were aired in the US under the title 'NPR Playhouse'. They were remarkably well done and as funny as the books. I can't read these books anymore without hearing Briers and Hordern's voices reciting the dialogue. I taped two of the adaptations, but have lost some of the episodes. Know where I can find these?? |
