This kids show, also called "Billy Bachelor", was on NBC from 1932 to 1935. No audio copies have survived. It was a 15 minute daily serial about Billy, an editor of a newspaper in, of course, Wheatenaville. He was guardian of young twins, Peter and Pam. and his girl friend was Janet, his assistant on the paper. Cast included Ray Knight as Billy, Janet Freeman as Janet, and the twin were played by Vivian Block and Bobby Jordan. He would go on to later fame in the Dead End Kids movies. Wheatena Cereals sponsored the entire run.
