| Does anyone know if there are any old Hooper or Crossley ratings charts around. I think it would be fun to review the old ratings from the 40's and 50's. Many thanks. |

Last spring, I put together a database (MS Works 4.5) of the ratings of the radio programs that aired in New York City from the beginning of network radio (1926-1927) to the 1955-1956 radio seasons. The ratings of the radio programs began during the 1930-1931 radio season.
The source of my information came from THE STORY OF BROADCASTING: From Radio to Television, (Arno Press & The New York Times). Unfortunately, I haven't had the time to put the numbers I found into individual program or radio season charts, but I plan on doing this when I am able to. |
