hello, i am the president of a non-profit opera company on the island of guam. this august 24, 25 and 26,2001 we are putting on a fundraiser centered around a staged show that we are calling koog-guam d-day. we have picked three diffrent otr play scripts and are wondering what the accepted procedure is as regards copyrights. is there a clearing house for rights and payment of royalties, etc.

There is no central clearing house, but see the OTR FAQ for some tips on tracking down the copyright holders for OTR material.
