I assume most have heard about Internet Movie Database. Key in a name(Ex. Harrisons Ford) and a list of his movies and tv guest appearances are listed.
Is there such a device for radio performers and shows? It would be cool to key in Jack Benny and see all his guest appearances on other radio shows. Or see a listing for radio shows that Gregory Peck appeared on. If there is not a internet radio database then there should be.

If you put one together, I'll consider hosting it at this site. Until then, check the various automated and plaintext logs here. Lou |

| I would love too but it is not possible. I don't have a home computer. Such an undertaking I can't do at work. |

I have plans in the making for just such a database. I was going to key it off of my collection, but if others would like to help with it, once I get the input and storage format figured out I can pass the input program to those that would like to contribute.

| Scott-- I maintain a database site hopefully similar to what you are seeking. It is an archive of plots to several otr anthology series; shows are also categorized by themes; also there are listings of authors whose works have been transcribed for radio. Everything is cross-referenced. The database is by no means complete (its a helluva task!), but it is constantly growing. I hope you will check it out. |
