I seem to recall that, "Don't you believe it!" was a catchphrase on some old radio show, but for the life of me I can't recall which one. Does anybody else know?
It came up in a discussion of catchphrases from golden age radio shows that were also used as pop culture references in animated cartoons of the same era. Thanks to anybody who can help me out. Rich |

| I'm not sure that this catch phrase was the exclusive property of only one radio series. It was used frequently on a WW II series, whose purpose was to contradict propaganda.
