| There's a chain of stores called Hobby Lobby. I took my wife to one recently, and I seemed to remember that there was a radio show by that name in the mid to late 40's. Was there such a show, or am I hallucinating? |

Your memory is correct. "Hobby Lobby", hosted by collector Dave Elman, was on network radio on NBC-Blue (1937-43), on CBS (1945-46) and for its final season (1948-49) on Mutual. This 30 minute show gave unusual hobbiests a chance to talk about their hobby. (Four episodes are still in circulation)
