Hey, that's a great idea. Let me think now. There are several places out in the LA area that specialize in selling movie scripts. OOF-Dah! You made me walk upstairs so danged early on a Saturday bagel undt krim chiz morning!
So now. I got my NETWORK movie script from Script City, 1765 West Highland Avenue #760, Hollywood, CA 90028. I would phone them, if I were you. 213/871-0707. My script has an authentic ring to it. It is nearly the same as what we saw on the screen. But it is interesting from a scholarly point of view in that there are subtle differences in the narration, dialogue, and scenes. BUT the "mad as hell" speech is word-for-word! And you can look in the serious movie magazines for other places that offer this service. I don't know how they get away with it. I have even got a shooting script once. I guess if the movie is DONE, what the heck. Too late to steal the plot! The moviemakers got their $ (most of the time!) J Cooper's idea is even better. And if you do get the script, then you will see the scriptwriting format in case you want to make a zillion bucks in Hollywood. heh.
