Late last year someone posted a message trying to identify an Amos 'n Andy episode that involved parallel parking. I don't know of an episode of their own series that revolved around parallel parking, but Amos, Andy and the Kingfish did appear on THE BOB HOPE SHOW on November 18, 1947, and there was an extended bit involving the boys arriving late for the broadcast and Andy and the Kingfish trying to parallel park their car while Amos was in the studio to let Eddie Cantor (who was filling-in for Hope) know that they had arrived. The parallel parking business takes up the bulk of their appearance. Maybe this guest shot is what the person who was seeking the show is remembering.
